RETURN POLICY:

REFUND/CANCELLATION: If you are not satisfied with our service and are willing to cancel your phone number, 1pinless.com will refund the equipment price and deposit if the equipment is returned with in 30 days of your signup. First month's bill, taxes and shipment cost will not be refunded. If you have used up beyond first month's bill, remaining amount from the deposit will be refunded. |

| 2. RATES: Rates are based upon the country and city you are calling. |

| 3. RATE CHANGE: Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. |

| 4. UNAUTHORIZED USE: 1pinless.com will not be held liable for unauthorized use of the phone. If the phone is lost you have to inform us immediately to lock the account. |

| 5. QUALITY OF SERVICES: Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, 1pinless.com makes no guarantee, warranty or representation expressed or implied, regarding the condition merchantability or fitness of the information or communications services offered. |

| 6. TAXES & SURCHARGES: All applicable Taxes and Surcharges apply on announced rates with no exceptions. It may effect the minutes declared. |

| 7. CREDITS: 1pinless.com always tries its best to keep the high quality service standard by connecting better carrier and whole seller for its IP Phone customers. But in any circumstances, no credit will be issued for any dropped, missed or incomplete connected calls through the carriers. There are some countries (say Bangladesh, India etc.) where local telephone service is not as good as USA. In this case, you may see dropped, missed or incomplete calls. |

| 8. PAYPHONES SURCHARGES: Public payphone may incur additional charges up to 99 cents per call. Payphones includes: Public Payphones, certain phones in the hotel, Motel, Dormitory, Universities and some Community Apartment Complexes etc. |

| 9. EXPIRATION: Your IP Phone account will be locked as soons as your deposit is exhausted. You have to recharge your account to activate. If your account remains locked for 6 months, the account will be locked permanently without any notice. |
